Arkkitehdistä ei ole tietoa löytynyt. Punatiilinen kunnantalo edustaa hyvin tyypillistä 80-luvun rakennustyyliä. Monissa tämän ajan rakennuksissa on myöhemmin todettu asbestille altistumisia ja sisäilmaongelmia.
Rusko on kunta, joka sijaitsee Varsinais-Suomen maakunnassa. Kunnassa asuu 6 408 ihmistä, ja sen pinta-ala on 127,90 km², josta 0,74 km² on sisävesiä. Väestötiheys on 50,39 asukasta/km.
