The Lambertikerk is a protestant church in the Dutch town of Zelhem. The church was built in the 15th century, on the site where a chapel was probably founded around 800 by Liudger, and the patron saint was Lambertus of Maastricht. State troops largely burned the church down in 1572, and in the decades that followed, work was done to restore the church. At the end of the Eighty Years' War, the church was still not completely restored and it was finally decided to sell a number of marks. In 1662 the church was completely restored. Twelve years later, the tower of the church was destroyed by a violent storm, forcing further repairs to be carried out. The last major damage to the church occurred in World War II, when the church was hit by Allied bombs. After the war the church was rebuilt again.

The church is a Romanesque pseudo-basilica. The church is built in limestone, which was brought in from Germany, among others. The roof and the church tower are fitted with roof slates, with the tower having a constricted needle spire. A sacraments house has been built into the north wall.

The organ was built in 1951 by the Willem van Leeuwen company in Leiderdorp. It has two manuals and pedal, 22 stops and approximately 1,500 pipes.
