Findagrave also notes that Mr. Wilson died of an accidentally self-inflicted shotgun blast as he was heading out to go hunting. He was the great-grandson of Easter (Cobb) Wilson, the family matriarch referenced on the Texas Historical Marker at the front of the cemetery.
