[FIN] Laitilan nykyinen kaupungintalo valmistui vuonna 1988 ja on edelleen varsin nykyaikainen. Rakennus sijaitsee kaupungin keskustassa samalla tontilla aiemmin rakennetun paloaseman kanssa osoitteessa Keskuskatu 30.
Rakentamista edelsi suunnittelukilpailu. Kilpailun voitti Veijo Martikainen Ky:n ehdotus "Forum et Atrium". Kaupungintalon tilavuus on 20.880 m3 ja huoneistoala 4.630 m2 .
200 hengen valtuustosali palvelee päätöksenteon lisäksi kokous-, konsertti- ja koulutustiloina. Akustiikaltaan sali soveltuu tasokkaisiin konsertteihin. Kaupungintalolla on neljä 12-20 hengen kokoushuonetta, joita vuokrataan myös ulkopuoliseen käyttöön. Lisäksi kaupungintalon pohjakerroksessa sijaitsee takkahuone ja saunatilat.
Kaupungintaloon on sijoitettu merkittävästi taidetta. Eteisaulassa on laitilalaisen taiteilija Jari Nordmanin Valkojärven peltolakeutta esittävä työ sekä toisen kerroksen aulassa taiteilija Kerttu Horilan keraaminen reliefi. Talon aula-, käytävä- ja kokoustiloissa on yhteensä 36 laitilalaissyntyisen taiteilija Hannes Siivosen öljyvärimaalausta.

Laitila (ruots. Letala) on Suomen kaupunki, joka kuuluu Vakka-Suomen seutukuntaan ja Varsinais-Suomen maakuntaan. Kaupunki Laitilasta tuli 1986. Kaupungissa asuu 8 489 ihmistä ja sen pinta-ala on 545,33 km², josta 13,46 km² on vesistöjä. Väestötiheys on 15,96 asukasta/km². Laitilan naapurikunnat ovat Eura, Mynämäki, Pyhäranta, Rauma, Uusikaupunki ja Vehmaa.
Perinteisesti Laitila tunnetaan munantuotanto- ja varhaisvihanneskeskuksena, noin 12 % Suomen kananmunatuotannosta ja 75 % varhaisporkkanasta tulevat Laitilasta.

Laitila (Finnish: Laitila; Swedish: Letala) is a town and a municipality of Finland. It is located in the Southwest Finland region, and it is 59 kilometres (37 mi) from Laitila to Turku. The municipality has a population of 8,461 (31 December 2021) and covers an area of 545.32 square kilometres (210.55 sq mi) of which 13.65 km2 (5.27 sq mi) is water. The population density is 15.91 inhabitants per square kilometre (41.2/sq mi). The municipality is monolingually Finnish.
Laitila is renowned for its poultry farms and "egg festival" (Laitilan Munamarkkinat), which is why the subject of the municipal coat of arms of Laitila also refers to the parish's fame for chicken care. There is a lot of demand for Laitila-based chicken eggs, as the local egg producer company Munax, among other things, has even planned to egg exports all the way to South Korea. Laitila has also been called the "egg capital of Finland".
