The sign is one of a series of signs highlighting historical events of the American Revolution. At the top of this kiosk titled "Valley Forge (1777-1778)".

Text from the sign: "After Failing to retake Philadelphia, General George Washington's Continental Army encamped at Valley Forge from December 1777 to June 1778. Despite hardship, his force emerged reconditioned and prepared to fight."
