As I am not from Portugal, finding this Waymark to post was not the easiest one to do. While doing my research for this category, i encountered these sites:

So according to these two website, this geodetic point is of the second order.
Then I noticed this website: (visit link)
When you click on Portugal Continental: PT-TM06/ETRS89, you get an excel file with the location of current and former portugese (mainland) geodetic sites. Fantastic and so (after some filtering), I found this geodetic point close to our hotel.
This website was also usefull, it shows (archived) geocaches close to geodetic points. (visit link)
