A recreational lake with a playing and sunbathing area. This is a good place to stay in the summer. The swimming area is screened and suitable for small children. An ideal place for daytime recreation! Toilets, showers and first aid are available on the beach. There is ample free parking and a spacious bicycle shed. (Tip: set navigation to Reeuwijksehoutwal 4, 2811 NW Reeuwijk). Fancy an ice cream or fries? Restaurant Paviljoen Reeuwijkse Hout is located directly on the beach and in good weather between 1 April and 1 October you can also go to the side of the restaurant for food, drinks and ice cream. At the adjacent park Landal De Reewijkse Plassen there are also various catering establishments and you can buy water toys and the like at the Sup & Watershop.
