This Citizen Memorial is located in the small town of Lucan, Ontario at the Lucan Area Heritage and Donnelly Museum. The plaque is located in front of a large wooden building. It is a tribute to C. Frederick McLean who started the first Ford Dealership in 1919.

He received 3 new cars in 1912 to 1914
WW1 Ceased production of all automobiles
C. Frederick McLean had the vision and wisdom to build a garage and start the first Ford Dealership on Main Street in the village of Lucan in 1919 under the personal direction of Henry Ford.
