This dam structure is located in St. Marys, Ontario on the Thames River, just south of where Trout Creek connects. The dam was built adjacent to a mill race, which powered the mills which ran up until the 1970s. This dam was built in 1908 for the Carter Milling Company.

The dam features a fish ladder which is considered one of the oldest in Ontario. (visit link)
