The architect Died Visser made this technical drawing in 1928. He was working for the public works of Schoonhoven and was heavily influenced by the architect Rietveld. The sign post was placed here to show tourists the way to the city and the ferry of Schoonhoven from the Opweg. The sign post has been made in De Stijl (the style and coulouring are just like the Rietveld-Schroder House). The sign post is still present and it has been beautuflly reconstructed.
