This former Methodist Church is located in Consecon, Ontario on Salem Road. Built in 1870, this red brick church is now private residence. Beside the building is a cemetery that was used when the church was active.
Interestingly there is another Salem Methodist Church in nearby Salem, Ontario, east of Brighton. It is possible that this church was moved from that site at some point, but details are sparse.
