This Rotary International marker is located on the left hand side of a free book exchange that was built as an Eagle Scout project. The book exchange is located to the left on the entrance of Second Blessings Elm City United Methodist Church Resale Store on a side street in Elm City, North Carolina. It is a white wooden box set upon a wooden post with a window in the door. The book exchange was well stocked when I visited.
