The Federation Academic Classical style bank building has a symmetrical facade with shallow hipped tiled roof, a two storey arcaded verandah to the Peel Street frontage which includes two pedimented entrances and an upper section with masonry balustrades.
Built 1892 for Bank of New South Wales. Acquired by Bank of Australasia in 1935 and the ANZ Bank from 1951. The building now houses a restaurant.
