An upright marker for Fred A. Ward is located near the center of Roselawn Cemetery in Pueblo. The dove etching is below Fred's name, and above the dates of his death. A circle has the text "Dum Taget Clamat" circling the bottom, which translates "though silent, he speaks". Near the center is a log and axe, with the dove flying above it, facing to the viewer's left, and an olive branch in its beak.
