Yawgoo Valley Ski Area in Exeter, Rhode Island, dates from the mid-1960's. Open seasonally from early December through March. Fourteen trails are serviced by two double chairlifts -- Conan and Proud Mary -- and two rope tows. Vertical drop: 245 feet. Half a dozen runs and a rope tow for tubing which is open weekends, also December through March. Group and private ski and snowboard lessons for all ages three and up. Pro shop, equipment rentals, daily tickets and season passes.
