The Presbyterian Church in Broken Bow, NE was organized in 1885. Their first church was a Victorian style church built in 1893. In 1904 the church was destroyed by fire and rebuilt the same year and dedicated in April 1906.

The current First Presbyterian Church has an L shaped plan and was built of brick in 1980. The church is one story high and has a cross gable roof. The gable end facing North H Street has a wire art portrait of Jesus and the inscription Come Unto Me. An extension extends west ward from the north end of the church to form the L shape . The entrance is where the two wings join on the western extension.
