Na północnej ścianie ratusza w Przasnyszu znajduje się granitowa tablica upamiętniająca dzień 30 stycznia 1807 roku. Powstała ona w dwusetną rocznicę pobytu Napoleona w Przasnyszu.
"Zimą 1807 roku (w styczniu) po bitwie pod Pułtuskiem spokój panował niedługo. Rosjanie szybko podjęli ofensywę w okolicach Morąga. Gdy Napoleon dowiedział się o tym nakazał wymarsz armii z zimowego leża (27 stycznia). 30 stycznia cesarz dotarł do siedziby sztabu generała Andre Masseny, która znajdowała się w niewielkim wtedy miasteczku Przasnysz. Tutaj też nocował."

On the northern wall of the Przasnysz Town Hall there is a granite plaque commemorating the day of January 30th, 1807. It was made on the bicentennial of Napoleon's stay in Przasnysz.
"In the winter of 1807 (January), after the battle of Pułtusk, peace did not reign for long. The Russians quickly took the offensive near Morąg. When Napoleon found out about it he ordered the army to march out from its winter rest (January 27). On January 30 the Emperor reached the headquarters of General Andre Massena, which was located in the then small town of Przasnysz. Here he also spent the night."
