This artistic welcome sign is at the northeast corner of State Highway 77 and 66 road. The sign is constructed of vertical wood planks, with "Welcome to Mulhall" in white metal letters, which also state that the city was established in 1889. The sign is topped by a second metal sign giving the population (including "1 ol' grouch") and the elevation. Nearby is a Lions International sign and a silhouette motorcycle, tribute to the victim of a crash.
