The fountain is enclosed in a brick column, which is about 3½ feet tall. The fountain contains a large pool within itself and spouts a thick (about 6-8 inches thick) spout of water about 3 feet into the air.

This small park has a drinking fountain and a couple of benches, and shade and grass and a neat fountain.
Officially it state it has gardens and fountains
