In the center of Amsterdam you will find the Scheepvaarthuis, currently in use by the Amrath Hotel. In the past the building had a Time Ball.

This category is a new category for me to post in. I investigated the waymark category and found interesting information on the site mentioned "My Lighthouse Page" (
visit link) . It shows the different Time Balls in different countries throughout the years (subpage on website "other topics" and then "time balls"). One of the buildings in the Netherlands which had a Time Ball is the Scheepvaarthuis in Amsterdam. As far as I can see, the Time Ball is no longer there / active.
The Scheepvaarthuis is now used by the Amrath Hotel (
