This benchmark is located on along Dam Road in Pymatuning State Park near Jamestown, Pennsylvania. The disk is set in the concrete curb on the south side of the road going over the Pymatuning Reservoir dam, directly between the dam's gatehouse on the north, and the outflow of the dam into the Shenango River to the south. The disk is marked "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania - DCNR." DCNR stands for Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. The disk is also marked with "Elevation" and "Datum." There is no specific year stamped on the disk. There are a number of similar disks along the curb on the south side of the dam.
