This trailhead is for the Tamarack and Log Cabin Trails at Pymatuning State Park near Jamestown, Pennsylvania. The trailhead is along West Lake Road and there is a small parking area directly across the road. At the trailhead is an information board describing the trails and showing a map. According to the information board:
"Tamarack Trail loops through 1.5 miles of woodlands and wetlands and can be enjoyed all seasons of the year. This easy hike features a boardwalk and wildlife observation deck and takes about 20 minutes to walk.
"The 1.6 mile Log Cabin Trail passes through the modern cabin colony and ends at the Jamestown Campground. This trail takes about a half hour to walk one way and offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities for the quiet observer."
