Andover United Methodist Church is located on South Main Street (Route 7) in Andover, Ohio. The first Methodist Episcopal Church building was constructed in 1877, the cornerstone of which is embedded in the present building, marked as "M.E.C. 1877." The new building was built in 1908. The cornerstone to the left of the main door says, "First M.E. Church. 1908." The church is constructed of red brick with large stained glass windows and a bell tower. The congregation is still active, with two Sunday services each week.
