Photos taken on 20 June 2021. It stands about 5 feet tall and is made out of an iron alloy. It is modern, although seems like it has been here quite a while (many decades). Probably used for gardeners and maintenance workers to clean the courtyard and water the plants, although when i visited none of that was occurring.
