City of Portland BM No.1009 - Multnomah County, OR - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

In the NW section of Portland, Oregon, on the grounds of the Pittock Mansion. The benchmark is clearly visible embedded in the top of the concrete retaining wall near the end of the pedestrian walkway where it intersects with NW Pittock Drive and the driveway heading up to the parking lot. Approaching the walkway from Pittock Drive the disc will be in the retaining wall toward the right side at the beginning of the walkway leading up to the mansion and gardens.
