From I-40 in Santa Rosa, take highway 91 north to the state park and this trail. There are several wheelchair-accessible parking spots at the posted coordinates. The park office is a little west and across the street.
Most of this trail has wooden post borders, but we noticed on the second half of the loop they were not present. This is a flat, paved trail that any wheelchair can navigate. There are a few benches present for those who would like to take a rest or sit and enjoy the view.
