C’est l’une des plages les mieux situées d’Ajaccio par rapport au centre-ville mais il est fortement conseillé de venir à pied (très difficile de trouver une place de parking).
A proximité de la citadelle et de la cathédrale, on trouvera la plage la plus large. En direction de la route des Sanguinaires, la plage devient plus étroite.
