In 1999, oaks were planted every day at a location somewhere in Limburg to commemorate the start of the new Millennium. This, the 213th tree, was planted by Stichting De Zwaluw on August 1st, 1999.

Om de overgang naar het nieuwe millennium te markeren is in 1999 elke dag een millenniumboom (zomereik) geplant op een locatie ergens in Limburg. De 365 zomereiken zijn geplant bij goede initiatieven voor de toekomst van Limburg.
Deze 213de millenniumboom is geplant door Stichting de Zwaluw tijdens een vrijwilligerskamp op de Beegderheide.

To mark the transition to the new millennium, a millennium tree (pedunculate oak) was planted every day in 1999 at a location somewhere in Limburg. The 365 pedunculate oaks were planted at good initiatives for the future of Limburg.
This 213th millennium tree was planted by Stichting de Zwaluw during a volunteer camp on the Beegderheide.
