The mural features Space Shuttle Endeavor on top of the 747 which was designed to transport the shuttle. In 2012, I witnessed Endeavor being delivered to LAX after flying across the country from Kennedy Space Center where it has been on display at the California Science Center in Exposition Park since 2013.
