The clients of Sunshine Village have joined to create five new painted hydrants in downtown Chicopee, MA. The hydrant on Springfield Street ha a Pac-Man theme. The on the back and the front outlet of the hydrant a yellow Pac-Man eating a power pellet. Sets of eyes, representing ghosts, are on the top and the side outlets of the hydrant. The hydrants were painted during May 2022.
