The Lithuanian Hound is a rare, medium-size hunting dog from Lithuania
These dogs are called Lithuanian hounds. This breed of hunting dogs is one of the oldest, and the only one that started in Lithuania. In the old days, Lithuanian dukes not only brought weapons to the hunt, they would also take a pack of hounds, making it easier to track wild animals.
Lithuanian dogs were derived from various groups of local dogs, which have been used for hunting in Lithuania since ancient times. Local dogs were also crossed with brought dog breeds: beagle, Polish and Russian dogs. The purpose of dogs is to find new traces of the beast or beast itself, lift it from the bearing and follow in its footsteps when scaling.
Breed: Lithuanian hounds
 Date Built: september 2018
