sanCta
MarIa InVentrIX
gratIae sVb tVo praesIDIosIs
haeC habItatIo

On the house Neunkirchner Str. 30 in Wr. Neustadt there is a beautiful mural of the Black Madonna of Czenstochau and below it a well legible chronogram:
sanCta
MarIa InVentrIX
gratIae sVb tVo praesIDIosIs
haeC habItatIo
The letters of the chronogram are colored red and are larger than the others, indicating the year 1734. The text translates as: "Holy Mary, finder of grace, under your protection this house". The listed house is from the 15th century, so it can not mean the year of construction. It is interesting that at the beginning "SANCTA" was started with capital letters, but the rest was written with small letters, but the word "SVB" again completely with capital letters. Under the chronogram there are also the initials KR.
