This Gold Star Memorial Plaque is located in eastern Buffalo, New York, just off the I-90 at Patriots and Heroes Park.

The park is a large memorial park created by Russell J. Salvatore. The park features a large tribute to the Battle of the Bulge, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and Purple Heart recipients. Additionally there are civilian memorials for 9/11 and Flight 3407.

This plaque was placed with a ceremony on July 9th, 2016 and was the first one dedicated in New York state.
