This three tier fountain is located on the sidewalk near a traffic circle in downtown Glens Falls, New York. The concrete fountain sits upon a three tier base with a five sided stone framework filled with soil. The structure of the fountain has three tapering basin-type tiers with a concrete pineapple on the top. The fountain was off when I visited.
