DE: Am 29. März 2022 wurde der Bücherschrank an der Ecke Sternenstraße und Brühler Straße in Wesseling Berzdorf durch den Wesselinger Bürgermeister Erwin Esser und Vertreter des Sponsors Westenergie seiner Bestimmung übergeben. Aufgestellt wurde der Bücherschrank durch die urban-life e.G.
In der etwas über 2m hohen rostig aussehenden Metall-Box aus COR-TEN-Stahl mit zwei Glastüren aus Acryl ist Platz für etwa 180 Bücher. Der Bücherschrank kann rund um die Uhr besucht werden. An der Seite ist zudem ein Schild angebracht, welches kurz den Bücherschrank erklärt. Ein Geocache (GC9RKWN) war kurz nach der Einweihung auch schon angebracht.

EN: On March 29th, 2022, the bookcase on the corner of Sternenstraße and Brühler Straße in Wesseling Berzdorf was handed over to its intended purpose by Wesseling Mayor Erwin Esser and representatives of the sponsor Westenergie. The bookcase was set up by urban-life e.G.
The slightly over 2m high, rusty-looking metal box made of COR-TEN steel with two acrylic glass doors has space for around 180 books. The bookcase can be visited around the clock. There is also a sign on the side that briefly explains the bookcase. A geocache (GC9RKWN) was installed shortly after the inauguration.
