The Gold Coast Regional Botanic Gardens, formerly known as the Rosser Park Regional Botanic Gardens, and before that simply Rosser Park, are located on Ashmore Road, Benowa, Gold Coast, Australia.
The gardens are set on 31 hectares, and are open year round, from 5am to 7pm each day. There is visitors parking on site, and entry is free.
There's an experience for everyone – smell and touch plants and flowers at the Sensory Garden, take a mangroves to mountain walk, check out our local species, visit the native Butterfly Garden or smell the roses in the Rose Garden. The Gardens are also a popular location for weddings and other social gatherings.
Fun for the whole family includes a stroll on the boardwalks around the lake, a children's playground, a picnic in one of the many picnic areas, and even treat the dog to a play in the off leash dog area.
