Thunderbird Field is home to the
Fort Worth Thunderbirds. This fine field, on the west side of Mustang Park, features a 40' x 480' concrete runway, a large shelter, and a paved parking lot. There is also an area dedicated to helicopters. The field is gated and the gate is open only when members are present. However, you can park at the gate and walk to the field if you wish.
