Immaculate Conception Church is located on the corner of Graham Avenue and Summit Street in Brookville, Pennsylvania. The first Catholic church in Brookville was built in 1854. Construction on the present church was begun in 1872 and it was dedicated by Bishop Tobias Mullen on February 24, 1878. The church is constructed of red brick, with one tall steeple.
