Generally open from 0600 to 2100 during the year, but can extend to 2200 or 2300 in the Summer.

The main parking area is a shared parking lot with nearby sports fields. It is located off of Dorman Rd. The sign at the entrance reads "Beban Park Artificial Turf Fields" The secondary parking access is off of Labieux Rd near the intersection of Labieux and Dorman Roads. There is a small sign with a cartoon dog and 'Dog Off Leash Park' on it.

The surface is mostly flat with some raised areas in the large dog area for variety with a couple of large tubes for the dogs to walk through and provide a little shade in the summer.

The surface is mostly sand and can be a tad muddy in the Winter.
There are benches in both the large and small dog areas to sit on.

The only negatives are there isn't enough shade so it can be quite hot in the mid-day, and it would be better if there was at least some grassy areas in both parks.

Level of Enclosure: Completely Enclosed Description of Enclosure: Fencing: Fully surrounded with 4 foot high fence. Water: The large dog park has 2 water taps. The small dog area has 1 water tap. Water is turned on April – October. There usually are a number of plastic buckets scattered around the park that can be filled from the north end water tap. During the winter season, bring water for your dog(s). Pick-up Bags/Garbage Cans: Large Dog Park: There are 2 pick-up bag dispensers and 2 garbage cans in the main dog park; at the north and south ends. Small Dog Area: There is 1 dispenser and 1 garbage can.
