The Forest Hill Shopping Centre opened in June 1964 (Google) as an outdoor-strip shopping centre, and is owned by the Blackstone Group. In the intervening years, from 1987 when the strip-mall was demolished it has grown to the three-level Indoor Mall form. About each decade since there has been some renovation and extension work done.
It has a huge car park all around it, and some underneath the Mall - enough for 3,500 cars.
