REFERENCE MARK NO. 1 IS 31 FEET S OF THE SE LEG OF THE LOOKOUT TOWER, 'AND 8 FEET W OF THE CENTER OF THE LOST MOUNTAIN ROAD. IT IS STAMPED LOST MTN. NO. 1 1941 AND PROJECTS 6 INCHES.

Access to this disk and the fire tower is via a gravel road (2.65 mile) off of PA Rt 865 just south of Blandburg, PA.
