The Springfield Public Library, Forest Park Branch is one of four Carnegie libraries in Springfield. MA. The library was designed in the Beaux Arts style by the architectural firm of Guy Kirkham and Edwin Parlett and constructed between 1908-1909 by the W.R. Cook Granite Co. It was funded by a total of $260,000 in grants that Andrew Carnegie gave to Springfield to build a central library and three branches.
