An electronic message board at the Devon Lane entrance to the James Madison University University Park Recreation facility correctly displays the current time and temperature in its message rotation.

The 4-foot by 6-foot LED display is set into a free-standing wall segment that faces east to a cul-de-sac driveway. Its overall height near twenty feet, the light brown cinder block wall also holds "University Park" above and "JMU" below the DAKTRONICS GALAXY display. The date, temperature, and time were correct the morning of my visit: September 6, 2021 - 6:58AM - 68 degrees Fahrenheit.
