This 'You Are Here' can be found at Heatherhall Woods at the far south-western corner of the extensive pine woodland that almost surrounds the town of Ladybank in the Howe of Fife in eastern Scotland.
The information sign with map is situated near the southern entrance to the woodland just off the B937 road and also carries information on what to find within the woods, including in spring, chiffchaffs and woodpeckers, in summer, dragonflies, in autumn, blueberries and brambles, and in winter, geese and red squirrels. During dusk, roe deer, owls and bats are also common.
There are various parking spaces dotted around in the vicinity of the sign, and the woodland extends northwards for nearly a mile with gravel tracks abounding.
