From the tourism website:

"Home of the Museum of Historic Annapolis, 99 Main Street is a historic structure right in the heart of downtown Annapolis. German immigrant Frederick Grammar built this substantial brick structure at 99 Main Street soon after a January 1790 fire destroyed most of the buildings along the waterfront block. Merchant Lewis Neth set up shop here by the end of that year.

Explore the dramatic stories of Annapolis and its diverse people – revolutionaries, visionaries, and champions in our nation’s continuing quest for liberty and justice – who helped to shape our American story across more than 400 years."
