This a bus shelter is the Nob Hill station for the Albuquerque Rapid Transit system in Albuquerque, NM. It is located at the intersection of Bryn Mawr Dr. and Central Avenue which is old Route 66.
The shelter was placed when the ART project was in progress. The shelter features lighting along the edges of the canopy that change color in sequence.
