This large Shopping Centre east of Melbourne has several signs standing in the centre of the arcades asking you to follow them online with their Facebook or Instagram links, and offering Free WiFi to do it. Plenty of seating, but I couldn't see any 240v power points to charge up your devices.
While ALDI's Store hours are longer than the posted Trading Hours for the Shopping Centre, I assume that the WiFi is only available from 9am - 5:30pm.
