Bruine beer Moekie is de dochter van Bolke en de moeder van Peppie en Kokkie. Afgelopen jaar (2014) is Moekie van ouderdom gestorven. Best treurig, want ze leefde haar hele leven in DierenPark Amersfoort. Ze was er zelfs geboren (in 1982), getogen en dus gestorven. De medewerkers van het park waren daarom heel blij dat het mogelijk was haar als preparaat (zoals dat zo mooi heet) weer welkom te heten in het Zoölogisch Museum, dat je aansluitend aan het 100.000 Dierenhuis vindt.

Brown bear Moekie is the daughter of Bolke and the mother of Peppie and Kokkie. Last year (2014) Moekie died of old age. Quite sad, because she lived her whole life in Amersfoort Zoo. She was even born there (in 1982), raised and thus died. The employees of the park were therefore very happy that it was possible to welcome her again as a preparation (as it is so beautifully called) in the Zoological Museum, which you will find adjacent to the 100,000 Animal House.
