Little Free Library #69384 is designed to resemble a single room schoolhouse. The library is painted red and white, has a gable roof, and is supported by a white post. A red cupola, complete with a brass bell, rises from the apex of the gable. The sides have faux windows.
The interior space is accessed via a hinged glass door. The space is very large, without shelves. It is crammed full of books. The library was erected in conjunction with the Simsbury, CT Public Library. Tariffville (population 1,529) is a village within Simsbury and does not have a local library. It utilizes the Simsbury Library.
