EN: This sandstone cross stands on Bruggweg in Arlesheim.
It stands on a large stone base with engraved religious symbols on the front and is about four meters high including the base. It has a realistically designed large statue of Jesus. The cross is protected from rain by a metal gable and secured at the back with metal braces.
Unfortunately, I could not determine a year, but it looks quite old.
DE: Dieses Sandsteinkreuz steht am Bruggweg in Arlesheim.
Es steht auf einem grossen Steinsockel mit eingravierten religiösen Symbolen auf der Vorderseite und ist mit diesem zusammen rund vier Meter hoch. Es besitzt eine realistisch gestaltete grosse Jesus-Statue. Das Kreuz ist mit einem Metallgiebel vor Regen geschützt und an der Rückseite mit Metallstreben gesichert.
Leider konnte ich keine Jahreszahl feststellen, aber es sieht ziemlich alt aus.
